aimed to promote tourism in different regions of Japan.
This is image 2 out of 2 for this post, which was part of a series on the theme "Colours of Japan".
A diagram I created for my employer Franco de la Croix-Vaubois, to illustrate a presentation he gave on "Demystifying Hybrid Events" at an event hosted by the Bristol Fundraising Group. This graphic was later used for Frog Events' social media and a blog post on the same topic.
This video is part of an Advent Calendar of Event Tips series published in December 2023 for Frog Events.Â
This particular video is about customising Zoom Webinars for added branding and contains before / after images, with a đ bonus tip at the end.
â ď¸Â As the video is designed for social media use, the pace is quite fast to encourage re-watches and pauses. This in turn increases engagement with the post and sends a positive signal to the algorithm, which then shows it to more people.
I am only including a few of the videos in my portfolio to serve as examples, but you can find them all on Frog Event's LinkedIn page.
I designed the calendar image itself, each slide "inside" the windows which explain the tips, and created the final video.

This particular video is about offering virtual swag and digital materials at events which is better for the planet đłÂ while still offering value to attendees at a reduced cost for organisers.Â

A banner I created for my company's CEO, myself and other Frog Events employees using a photo from a hybrid event I worked on, the company motto and its branding framing the person's profile photo. "Spotlight" effect to highlight the company name.

đşÂ Day 20's video was actually a collection of bite-size tips on the topic of making the most of your event's recordings (or replays).

This is an image of our post-event high-5 with the clients, which is a tradition at Frog Events.Â
I used a screenshot from the Zoom wrap-up meeting and turned it into a polaroid-style photo to make it more eye-catchy. I also deleted the sad grey Zoom background and used our own branded one (which you will notice in other Frog Events posts).
The hexagons are meant to represent the digital aspect of our work (virtual event production) and lilipads, in reference to the company name & logo.
You can read the full post on "đą How can you make your event more sustainable?", which I used this image for, on my LinkedIn profile.
Event platform screenshot of Frog Events' traditional "post-event high five" with their client, converted into an image asset for social media use.
Converted this longer testimonial for Frog Events into bite-size sections of a carousel viewers could scroll through on LinkedIn.

This is image 1 out of 4 that I used to promote the 2020 Careers Fair on JLGC's social media.
It follows the art deco style and yellow to orange colour scheme chosen for this event, and the voice had a lighter tone as the target audience was mostly in their early 20s.
