An eye-catchy banner I made as a last reminder to attendees to register their ticket (3 days before the event).
Another banner also used as an email visual, to inform attendees of availabilities for those wishing to book a 1-on-1 appointment with a career counsellor at the JET Careers Fair.
This visual was used in emails sent to attendees signed up for the Careers Fair. As the event was targeted at a young audience, we included gamification to increase user engagement.
And it worked! We had over 200 photo submissions which attendees could browse through and vote for in advance of, as well as during the Careers Fair.
Winners were announced in the closing remarks and in a follow-up email to attendees, which included a call to action to fill out our post-event survey (see Follow up email visual).
To zoom in, hover over the image and click the focus icon in the bottom right corner.
I designed this visual for our post-event follow-up email, which reminded participants to complete our feedback survey and included the winners of the photo competition for those who hadn't been able to attend the closing remarks.
To zoom in, hover over the image and click the focus icon in the bottom right corner.
This was a visual I designed to be sent to our target audience using our newsletter platform (social media buttons added using the newsletter tools). The format is long as it is designed to be scrolled through as email announcements are.
It was created pre-covid while the event was still set to take place in person. Once the event moved online, the visuals took on a different style (see social media announcements for reference).
A newsletter I put together for the Japan Local Government Centre (JLGC), my previous employer. JLGC's branding was used for the header and footer, I wrote or collated the articles, selected the cover and article images and composed the overall layout. This newsletter was sent to a mail list of approximately 3,000 people.
